Any such changes will be posted on this page and where appropriate, notified to you when you start use of a Service for the first time following the change. Please be advised that regardless of the geographic location from which you use our Services or provide Personal Information to us, your data may be transferred to, maintained in, and processed in Canada. We also store information on Linode servers, which are located globally including Singapore, Japan, UK, Germany, India, and the U.S.
We will retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above or for as long as required by law.

We will give you access to Personal Information we retain about you in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act or other applicable law. Our services are not directed to, or intended for, children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
