These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pyralume websites or Pyralume Application (“the Platform”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

2. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Prohibited Content You agree not to post or share content that:
   • Violates any laws or regulations.

   • Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
   • Promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or harassment.
   • Contains copyrighted material without proper authorization.
3. Platform Content - All content provided by Pyralume, including text, graphics, images, videos, software and interactive features, but not including User Content, is owned by or licensed to Pyralume and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Restricted Use - You may not copy, modify, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works of, or otherwise use the Platform Content outside the Platform.
5. Third-Party Content - The Platform may include content owned or licensed by third parties. You agree to comply with any terms or restrictions associated with such content.
6. Reserved Rights - Pyralume reserves all rights not expressly set out in these Terms that may be applicable. Any unauthorized use of User Content or Platform Content may result in termination of your access to the Platform and could constitute a violation of applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to scrape or interact with the Platform.
• Impersonate any individual or entity.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyralume and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or engagement with User Content, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyralume, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or unlawful or tortious use of User Content.

Changes to Term

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on Terms of Service page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
